Dr Frank Marsiglio is interested in all areas of superconductivity, especially nanoscale and high-temperature superconductivity. He has a continuing interest in the developments of strong electron correlations and electron phonon interactions in solids and is currently working on a systematic approach to understand the nature of fluctuations relevant to high-temperature superconductors. Other research focal point includes the examination of various signatures in conventional electron-phonon superconductors and the impact of miniaturization on superconductivity.
